This slow cooker honey mustard ham is a delicious and easy meal perfect for any occasion.

- 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 1/2 Cups Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 2 Tbsp Honey Mustard
- 20 oz Pineapple Tidbits, Undrained (or Pineapple Chunks)
- 5–6 Pounds Bone-In Smoked Ham
Instructions
- In a bowl, using a mixing spoon, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and honey mustard. Mix this well until combined and set aside.
- Unpack the ham, rinse, and pat it dry. Place this in the slow cooker, flat side down.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the ham, covering as much as you can.
- Pour the can of pineapple chunks or tidbits over the ham.
- Set the crockpot on LOW for 4 hours and cover. The ham should have an internal temperature of at least 145°F before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure the ham is cooked through.
- This dish pairs well with a side of roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
