Description
Delicious buffalo chicken tortillas, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie or chicken breast works best)
- 8 tortillas (flour works best)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (I used primal kitchen)
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, greek yogurt, cheese, and green onions.
- Add chicken mixture to the end of a tortilla, roll tightly and place flap side down in the air fryer.
- Lightly spray with oil and air fry at 400F for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with guacamole, greek yogurt or sour cream, pico de Gallo and cilantro.
Notes
- These are best served fresh.
- Feel free to adjust the spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
