Description
A delicious and spicy Cajun chicken burger served on a hamburger bun.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
