Description

Delicious chocolate truffles made with cream cheese and white chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup white chocolate (chopped)
  • 0 cup eggnog
  • 0 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0 tsp nutmeg
  • 0 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (or butter)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate until smooth and let cool slightly.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in white chocolate.
  3. Add eggnog, powdered sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Mix until creamy.
  4. Chill mixture 1–2 hours until firm.
  5. Roll mixture into balls and freeze 20–30 minutes.
  6. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  7. Dip truffles in chocolate and let set before serving.
