Description

Delicious chocolate peanut clusters made with almond bark, chocolate chips, and dry roasted peanuts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound white almond bark (broken into chunks, or candy melts)
  • 2 (12 ounce) bags semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 (16 ounce) jars lightly salted dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Add white almond bark, chocolate chips, and roasted peanuts to a 6-quart crock pot and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and heat on LOW for 1 hour, stirring every 30 minutes, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Line a counter or baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
  4. Use a 1½ tablespoon cookie scoop to drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the paper.
  5. Allow clusters to cool completely until hardened, about 1-2 hours at room temperature.

Notes

  • Make sure to use dry roasted peanuts for the best flavor.
  • Wax paper or parchment paper can be used interchangeably for easy cleanup.
