Description

Delicious egg rolls filled with creamy cheese, brisket, and spicy jalapeños, perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 6 large jalapeños, halved and deseeded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups cooked brisket, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • ½ cup honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top with chopped brisket and wrap each in an egg roll wrapper, sealing the edges with water.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Drizzle with honey before serving.
