- ½ oz fresh lime juice

- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of a glass, then dip it into a cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat the edge.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add tequila, orange liqueur, apple cider, lime juice, and maple syrup (if using).
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
- Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice.
