Description
A delicious garlic cheese sandwich made with thick white or sourdough bread, mozzarella, and provolone cheeses.

- 8 slices thick white or sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons softened butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt until fully combined.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place mozzarella and provolone on the unbuttered side of four slices. Top with remaining slices, buttered side facing outward.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place sandwiches in the pan.
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, rest for 1 minute, slice, and serve warm.

- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Adjust garlic and cheese according to personal preference.
