Instructions

- Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray or butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, eggnog, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Cut the bread into thick slices or cubes and arrange in the baking dish.
- Pour the eggnog mixture evenly over the bread, ensuring all pieces are soaked.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour (or overnight).
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
