Description

These raw date and cashew energy balls are a delicious and nutritious snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup packed, soft pitted dates
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process into a thick, sticky dough you can press between your fingers.
  2. Use your hands to roll the dough into 15 balls.
