These raw date and cashew energy balls are a delicious and nutritious snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup packed, soft pitted dates
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process into a thick, sticky dough you can press between your fingers.
- Use your hands to roll the dough into 15 balls.
