A delicious appetizer featuring a creamy spinach and artichoke spread on toasted bread.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf French bread (or any bread you prefer)
- 1 cup chopped spinach (if it is frozen, thaw and drain)
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the following ingredients until smooth: Parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and minced garlic. Once well combined, gently stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Place the bread halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over each half, and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Afterward, switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
- Once golden and bubbly, remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
