- 4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place the shredded cabbage in a bowl, sprinkle with the salt, and let it sit for 10 minutes to help release extra moisture.
- Squeeze the cabbage well with your hands or a clean kitchen towel, then transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs, flour, chopped onion, garlic, green onions, black pepper, and paprika, then mix until everything is evenly combined.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop portions of the mixture into the skillet and flatten each one gently into fritter shapes.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the fritters are golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Transfer the cooked fritters to a paper towel-lined plate and serve warm.
