A delicious savory bagel platter with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 6 assorted savory bagels (sliced in half)
- 6 oz plain cream cheese (softened or whipped)
- 6 oz whipped chive cream cheese
- 12 oz smoked salmon
- 1 large tomato (sliced)
- 1 English cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced or wedged)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs (optional, peeled and halved)
- 1/2 cup pickled red onion
- 2 oz capers (larger caper berries can also be added for variety)
- 3 fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chives (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Arrange bagels on a large serving board or platter. (Toast in advance or offer a toaster for guests to use.)
- Spoon cream cheese spreads into small bowls and place them on the board.
- Add smoked salmon to the board, arranging it in loose ribbons or delicate folds.
- Add slices of tomato, cucumber, and lemon.
- Add halved hard-boiled eggs. (optional)
- Garnish board with pickled red onions, capers, dill sprigs, chopped chives, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning. (Everything bagel seasoning can also be offered in a small dish to spoon on top).
